  11. My amiga is constantly surprising me with a strange guru:

  13. I did some coding, the code crashes when exiting with guru $87000004
  14. which translates as "did not expect a packet (dos.library)".
  15. This is very strange because I don't use any ports, messages and such
  16. in the code. All that the code does is to install a view, project some
  17. 3d points on it and uninstall the view again. Everything is done with
  18. the OS, I don't receive a single enforcerhit! But that's not all:
  19. whenever I start it via shell or Arexx/DosCommand it does not crash,
  20. whenever I start it via doubleclick on the icon it does! The icon is
  21. an ordinary one, no default tool or what ever...

  23. Has anyone a clue why the code crashes?
